New name tag

This week, I got a shiny, new name tag. It's a lovely gold colour and is shaped like a bone. It matches my gold collar and lead really well. Here's a picture of me wearing it:

It has been so cold in the evening, I love nothing more than snuggling up on my bed next to the radiator:

Fun in the snow

Last week we had some of that snow stuff again and when we went on our walks, everywhere looked and smelt differently. I got to wear my lovely red jumper which stops me feeling the cold. Brrrrrrr!!!

I got a new toy

Today Mum bought me a new toy. It's a tennis ball shaped like a doughnut hehehehe! with a squeak in it and I love it...I even got magic eyes when I played with it.

My holiday to Norfolk

Last week I went on holiday to my Nanny's caravan in Norfolk. I had a lovely time with lots of lovely walks. My Nanny and Grandad were there too, so I got thoroughly spoilt...I was allowed on the sofa and the beds :)

I made a little scrap book of my holiday

Saturday 17th July 2010

On Saturday, I had a lovely walk with my mum, dad and 'sister'. Mum said I had to stay on the extender lead as I'm in season or something like that, but they did let me off for a little run when there was no other dogs about.
Dad kept wondering off though, so I had to check he was alright

Dad's fine, better check mum is OK

PHEW! I was puffed out after all that babysitting I had to do

Later on, mum took me out for another walk and we met another Vizsla called Honey, she lives just down the road from me. She's about 10 months old and I liked her loads. Apparently, she's got another couple of Vizsla friends, so hopefully we can arrange a Viz Whizz soon.

I also met up with Dexter the Husky puppy and we went for a walk together. He's very funny, but he kept trying to leap all over me, so I had to tell him off a couple of times for being so cheeky. I don't think he took much notice though! Mum didn't manage to get any pictures of us together, but she took some of me sitting in the garden

Sorry it's been a while

Sorry it's been a while, I haven't had a chance to get on the puter to update you.

On Tuesday, Mum bought me and Amber a Pizzle, I wasn't quite sure what it was but I overheard Mum saying to Dad something about it being from a bull...I didn't quite catch the rest of the conversation, but Dad didn't seem very impressed! I thought it was yummy and so did Amber.

Amber doesn't like the hot weather very much and prefers to sleep all day, which is a bit boring for me as I want to play. So Mum took me for a walk on my own. I didn't mind, but it's more fun when Amber's there as I can chase her. I'm hoping my new friend Dexter the Husky puppy will be able to walk with me soon. He's not able to play with me at the moment as he got scratched in the eye by a cat and he's had to have an operation on his eye. He has to wear this silly hat thing, which does make him look a bit odd. Hopefully I'll get some pictures of him soon.

Anyway, here's some photos from today

Back to training

On Wednesday, I went back to training classes. I haven't been for a while and Mum thought it would be a good idea. It was good, Mum said I was a diligent student...or did she say delinquent? Anyway the best bit was in the class before mine, there were 2 Vizsla puppies. I knew 1, I've met him before when I've been walking. He's a wirehaired Vizsla called Dexter and he's about 5 months old, he lives just down the road from me. His mum said we should have a Viz Whizz which would be great as I really enjoyed it when I met my brother Radar and sister Maple at a Viz Whizz in the New Forest.

The snow's still around but it's starting to melt so there's lots of great smells again. I had lots of fun chasing the blackbirds on my walk today, here's a few pictures

Snow!

This week we had lots of snow, it was great fun playing in the snow. I went sledging with my family. I didn't need a silly sleigh thingy though...I just slid down the hills on my feet, it was great. Thankfully, I had my lovely fleece to wear, although Dad won't put it on me if Mum's not around as he thinks I look silly. I don't think he has any idea about what's cool and what's not!
